How do we confirm that this is normal sinus rhythm?
Look for these features
1. Upright P wave seen in lead II (all cardiac monitors display lead II by default)
2. Each P wave is followed by a QRS complex
3. Rate between 60 and 100 beats per minute (with <10% variation)
