I am 27 and self-employed. Reasonably good diet and exercise. I walk about 2-3 miles everyday. I avoid KFC/McDonald's and such fast food restaurants.
I joined for a gym recently and the gym instructor advised me to take some multivitamin tablets and some protein powders everyday, and suggested that he has them for sale at a good discount with him. Should I buy them? DO I need to take these regularly to maintain a good health?
