MEDiscuss • Fever and Related • Low Grade Fever

i have been suffering from fever for three months with infections-E.coli n Coccus with low grade fever 99.2and pain in my upper back n arms.fever fluctuates during d day n pain arises along with fever.My esr is 45.I did a course of 14 injections(2 a day)of amikacin (sensitive as per urine culture test)as directed by doctor.bt my condition has nt yet improved.pls.suggest...................
