30 year old male symptomatic with HD (juvenile onset) has elevated ESR (69), MCV (110.9), eosinophils (0.5), MCH (36.9) and albumin/creatinine ratio (56.9); and low RBC (3.24), hemoglobin (12.0), hematocrit (35.9), neutrophils (43.9).

Is this an HD thing or should family be looking at other underlying conditions like autoimune or metabolic?

PT is also positive for Klinefelter's Syndrome (47-XXY), IDDM, secondary Addison's. He is on multiple medications for acute chronic pain syndrome and now has CNS depression (on 2 ltr oxygen).

This is a very complicated scenario. Looking for anyone who might have experience with HD people.
