hey! i have the same problem ... and i don't know much to help u but here is what i'm doing,,,
u start exercising but u start in short periods and increase it gradually
and start changing ur eating habit so that u benefit from exercising ..

As far as weight loss goes, it is widely understood that it is a tough job to do. The best way to lose weight is to eat less and do some regular physical activity, which can be as simple as brisk walking. However, it's easier said than done.
While trying to lose weight, patience is a virtue. You will see results gradually. Do not get swayed by adverts offering to drastically reduce your weight. They may be unhealthy, and you may regain the weight very soon again too! Here, slow and steady wins the race.
More tips, that I generally give my obese patients:
1. Have achievable targets - like reduce weight by 2 kilos in 2 months or whatever is achievable in your view.
2. Eat a lot of fibre containing food.
3. Eat these high-fibre food (like raw vegetables) BEFORE eating your major meals. Thus you will cut down your calorie intake.
4. Avoid starving! Starving pushes you into binges of high calorie food.
5. Have a regular routine of physical activity. Be guilty if you miss it more than once a week.
6. Make a honest attempt.
Helps most often. If not, get yourself checked by a physician, to make sure that you do not have medical condition for the obesity.
