Hi, welcome to mediscuss. Any specific advice needs more information - like which course you are in etc. Anyways, the best advice for you, assuming you are doing medicine, would be:

1. See more patients
2. Actually talk to them and examine them
3. If you encounter issues that you do not know, study about them or post here. You will get help.

The commonest mistake done by most students is to just read and forget practicing. Practice is the key!
